One of the worst ever experience. The approach road is very dangerous and will give you goose bumps. It has breathtaking curves which will bring your heart in your mouth. It's almost a 3-4 km adventurous ride from the main road. The food was not upto the mark..no fruits or juice in the breakfast. Food preparation and variety needs huge improvement. Actually, it is fit for 2 star rating. . Room was very very cold.Cannot suggest anyone for accommodation here. There are many hotels much better than this on the main road.

Worst experience. The warmth and hospitality is missing. Staff is good but many times they are not helpful as things are not there in hand. The service is very very slow. I booked for 3 rooms out of which 2 rooms were not readily available on arrival and we waited for an hour. The switches in rooms are coming out, door bell button is immersed inside, seepage in the room on the trap door and the biggest problem is that hot water is not available and we end up asking for bucket of hot water which was also not delivered on time, imagine if someone is sitting to take bath and there is not hot water in such cold climate. On our very first day the food was too oily and salty wherein we cooperated and asked them to replace the same and requested them to keep the record of our preferences wherein our next few dining experience were also worst. We booked for 4 days with family but my experience was worst and not value for money. I won’t refer this property to any one. My taxi driver was very helpful and same goes for the housekeeping team.

The room doesn’t have any kind of ventilation. The Air conditioning system doesn’t work. Moreover we were provided a table fan!! Yes seriously a table fan. The approach Road shown on Google maps should be avoided at all costs. That road is dangerous. The other approach road near Sajannu villa should be taken to reach this property. Food is also not very cooked. Mostly we were served half cooked meals and very poor service.

Overall it was not good experience from my perspective. Starting with hotel location, is all the way interior from the main road. It took 15 -20 min in tempo traveller. Secondly, since we are from south india the food varieties are not that many (day 1 breakfast they had only idly and vadai). The cafe staff (one lady) is not that kind enough when she speak to customer. Lastly upon Checking in there were no Towels and no complementary water bottles provided.

This place is bit isolated from the main Manali area, there is long way to climb down the steep narrow road however the view of if the hotel is just lovely! Rooms are pretty decent and clean. But the best part is the whole staff is extremely cooperative. They literally took our request at last minutes for early morning breakfast and late night dinners that was really appreciated. They also arranged borne fire so nicely for the whole group until late night. Food is tasty. Himani is the staff who was very kind and helpful but I would mention few other names who have been prompt to help us any minute with medication emergency as well as smallest of issues taken care. Sachin Thakur at the restaurant to make all checks and people’s personal requests on variety of tea. Kuldev, Vikas and Gulshan at the front desk have been way to helpful with extremely smooth check Ins also guiding is with local info and keeping me in loop for one of the group member who was unwell and stayed back at the hotel. This little things make alot of difference and makes us feel home with a very comfortable stay under the management of the manager who never said no and heard all the requests Mr. Anil Thakur Thanks alot for your service. I do recommend this property!

Here are the reasons why my stay was an absolute disaster: Misleading Advertising: The hotel's website and promotional materials showcased breathtaking views of the Himalayas, promising a serene and picturesque retreat. However, upon arrival, I was sorely disappointed to find that the reality did not match the advertised beauty. The promised views were obstructed by tall buildings and construction sites, leaving me feeling deceived and robbed of the experience I had paid for. Unsanitary and Neglected Rooms: The state of the rooms at Hotel Beyond Stays Himalayas Monal was deplorable. The carpets were stained and worn out, and the furniture appeared old and uncared for. The bathroom was a nightmare, with moldy tiles, a malfunctioning toilet, and a foul smell that permeated the entire room. It was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not priorities for the hotel. Incompetent Staff: The staff at this hotel were utterly unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality skills. They were dismissive of guest inquiries and concerns, displaying a complete lack of empathy or willingness to assist. Any requests for assistance or information were met with apathy and indifference, leaving me feeling abandoned and unsupported. Noisy and Disruptive Environment: Hotel Beyond Stays Himalayas Monal was anything but peaceful. The thin walls allowed every noise from neighboring rooms and the corridors to echo throughout the hotel. Late-night parties, loud conversations, and constant door slamming made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep or find any respite within the hotel. Lack of Amenities and Services: The hotel boasted about its luxurious amenities, but they were either non-existent or poorly maintained. The advertised spa was closed for renovations without prior notice, rendering it completely inaccessible. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, and the gym equipment was outdated and dysfunctional. It was clear that the hotel did not prioritize guest comfort or satisfaction. Overpriced and Poor Value for Money: Considering the appalling conditions and lackluster service, the rates charged by Hotel Beyond Stays Himalayas Monal were exorbitant. It felt like a blatant exploitation of unsuspecting guests who expected a quality experience. The hotel offered no value for the money spent and left me feeling deeply disappointed and cheated. In conclusion, my stay at Hotel Beyond Stays Himalayas Monal was an absolute nightmare. The misleading advertising, unsanitary rooms, incompetent staff, noisy environment, lack of amenities, and unjustifiably high prices make this hotel an establishment to be avoided at all costs. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration by opting for a different hotel that truly cares about guest comfort and satisfaction.
